SHA Analytics, LLC is part of the financial advisory team selected by the Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority's (LACMTA) Office of Extraordinary Innovation (OEI) to assist in the evaluation of procurement options for the East San Fernando Valley (ESFV) Transit Corridor. SHA Analytics, LLC will be working with OEI to compare the implications of various procurement options including both conventional and Public-Private Partnership (P3) procurement options for the ESFV project.
SHA Analytics, LLC brings its experience and expertise in conducting quantitative risk analysis in support of procurement options evaluation. Our approach includes conducting consensus-based workshops with Metro staff and advisers to identify and quantify risks to project development, procurement, and delivery; evaluating risk transfer scenarios under various procurement options; and conducting risk analysis modeling using Monte Carlo simulation techniques.
