SHA Analytics, LLC is a member of two of the four teams selected by Metro to provide On-Call Highway Program Project Delivery Support Services. These contracts have a 3-year base term with two one-year option terms. As part of this on-call, SHA Analytics, LLC may provide Metro’s Highway Program with risk analysis and risk management services to support their development and delivery of highway projects within Los Angeles County.
SHA Analytics, LLC has been selected for several Metro Highway On-call contracts in the past. To date SHA Analytics, LLC has provided Metro’s Highway Program with risk analysis and risk management support services for several significant highway projects including the I-5 North HOV Widening Project and the State Route 57/State Route 60 Confluence Project. Additionally SHA Analytics, LLC assisted the Highway Program in meeting FHWA Major Project requirements for the I-5 HOV/Truck Lanes Project from SR-14 to Parker Road. This included preparing for the FHWA Cost Estimate Review (CER) risk workshop and developing the Project Management Plan and Initial Financial Plan in-line with FHWA guidance.
SHA Analytics, LLC is a Los Angeles based consulting firm that conducts economic, financial, and risk analyses on behalf of public agencies to assist in their decision-making process related to major infrastructure investments and policies. SHA Analytics, LLC is a certified SBE, DBE, WBE, and LBE.
